For Inbox Creative to keep our prices competitive and not take any payment upfront, we need you to accept the below list of conditions.

I would like Inbox Creative to carry out the below web design service.

Small brochure site – £15 Per Month

Medium sized brochure site – £25 Per Month

Large brochure site – £35 Per Month

Quick Communication

Any communications via email requires a response within 48 hours – if we haven’t had any feedback from a question, web concept or design change that has been sent to you within 48 hours, the design will be deemed as approved, and the process moved on to the next stage.*

Stage 1

Once you have completed this form, you will be sent a gocardless payment link to setup your website hosting account. Although your website is not live, it is still using hosting space as a dedicated hosting area is created for you. Hosting payment is taken on the 1st of each month.*

Stage 2

Once your hosting account is set up, we start designing a concept for your website. If you are still in the process of putting the text copy together for your website, we will use placeholder latin copy, which will be replaced with your copy once ready. Once you have approved the design, our design setup fee invoice is sent over to be paid on receipt.*

Stage 3

Once the invoice is paid, we move on to building the website on a development link, so you can then see how it looks as a working, clickable website. Once you are happy the website is put live.*

Hosting and Maintenance

As part of your ongoing hosting fee, we make sure the premium plugins your website takes advantage of are kept up today and licences renewed. We also make sure your website is running on the latest software. The hosting fee also covers any minor changes you would like to make to the pages you have set up on your website. Simply email over your changes and we will schedule them in. We can normally jump on any changes pretty quickly, but please allow up to 48 hours for a change to be made.*

Cancelation of work

Payment of the full amount (selected above) is still required, If for any reason you/the client choose to cancel the work and no longer require Inbox Creative services after this form has been submitted.*
